II. Rules Of Play
A. Exceptions to the Official Baseball Rules
1.10 Aluminum or colored bats will be accepted for League play.
a. 13U and younger: All bats must be stamped BPF 1.15. Must be a baseball bat – no restriction on weight or length as long as bat has “BPF 1.15” stamp.
b. 14 U: -5 or -3 weight/length ratio. All -5 bats must be stamped BPF 1.15. All -3 bats must be stamped BBCOR. (this rule may be modified to allow all BPF 1.15 bats not just -5, and will be updated after 2/22)
If an illegal bat is used it is to be immediately removed, with no penalty. If it is re-entered the player using the bat will be ejected.
For High School play bats must have the BBCOR label.
Bats with BESR only label are illegal.
